This is a
Designated Driving Service we take incoming call from clients that are looking
to get them and their vehicle’s home when they can’t legally drive.
As the Driver Dispatch you will work closely with the drivers
as well as customers complaints to the successful complete customers ride home.
Your objective is to ensure all drivers have a run and customers are updated
with delays.

The responsibilities, tasks, and
duties carried out by call Dispatcher are as follows;
Responsible for managing a whole lot of incoming
and outgoing calls in the organization.
Communicate with drivers, CSR
and clients to deliver accurate time of arrival.
Record all drivers information quickly and
accurately.
Process clients deposit on credit card.
Deal with complex issues and complaints.
Willing to work during extended odd hours and/or
during holiday periods.
Produce and maintain excellent and accurate records.
Organize daily scheduling pre-books; (inter-company
drivers and third-party transport companies).
Google distance between each location to figure out timelines
between each run.
Maintain a clean,
organized, professional, and safe work environment.
Make sure that whatever response given to the
Drivers is in line with pre-organized communication scripts that have been
prepared for different topics that cover customer-related issues.
Must possess good communication skills, especially
for listening. This is necessary in a bid to ensure a clear retrieval and
passage of information to our clients.
Must have good interpersonal skills to enable an
easy flow with customers at all times.
Must be able to multi-task and manage time properly
and effectively.
Must be able to adapt to different situations and
individuals.
Ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks
or assignments.
Ability to work as part of a team if need be.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Must be self-driven at all times.
Logistics
experience a requirement
Knowledge of local
area and bars
Fast texting ability
Must have good knowledge of customer relationship
or customer service practices
Must have good data entry and typing abilities.
A minimum of high school diploma.
A higher degree would be of great advantage.
At least 2 years of work experience in a call
center environment.
From $20-$25 an
hour based on experience.
